Bootcamp
Our program was developed to help with injury prevention, improved core strength, endurance, improved agility and athleticism, flexibility, mobility, improved range of motion, cross training, and an overall more energetic lifestyle.
A variety of exercises help us target the body and the tools we utilize include bodyweight, Dumbbells, Kettle bells, medicine balls, battle ropes, TRX systems, agility ladders, punching bags, jump ropes and any other gadget that we find helps us best meet our goals.
With consistency and coachability, it won’t be long before we are conquering goals and moving around like that of a well-rounded athlete.
This class is great for all ages and abilities, as it is scalable to meet the needs of the individual.
